This property was attached to No79 (later renumbered to 123) Brookroyd Lane. I know this information to be correct because the property belonged to my Grandfather and when he died Batley Council bought the property at demolition value, and it all was demolished c1969. The council then sold the land to a property developer and John Nelson Close now stands on this site, just above the Old Wine and Spirit Vaults public house.
