A bronze 1764b Swedish 2 öre coin adapted to make a love token; the obverse has a crown above two arrows, the value (2 öre) and the mintmark S.M. - the details have been emphasised and an outer circle of round depressions has been stamped; the reverse has a stamped ornamental tree or shrub within a similar circle. This is a coin of King Adolph Frederick: the king died of digestion problems on 12 February 1771 after having consumed a meal consisting of lobster, caviar, sauerkraut, kippers and champagne, which was topped off with 14 servings of his favourite dessert: semla served in a bowl of hot milk. He is thus remembered by Swedish school children as "the king who ate himself
