A bronze halfpenny coin which has been polished on both sides in order to produce a love token; on one side are punched the words 'Nicholas Bradshaw to his Dear Pauline' 16th August 1835 (which was a Sunday); on the other side (again made of punched dots) is a shield with a swan above it, on the shield it says 'Forget me not 1835'.
