REWARDS.

WHEREAS, two Villains did, on the Night of Wednesday the 22nd Day of July Instant, feloniously SHOOT at and WOUND John Hinchliffe, of Upper-Thong, in the West Riding of the County of York, Clothier, with intent to MURDER him, of which Wound he lies in a dangerous state.

A Reward of 200 Guineas

Will be given to any Person who will give Information, as may lead to the Apprehension and Conviction of either of the said Villains.

AND WHEREAS, John Scholefield Junior of Nether-Thong, in the said Riding, is strongly suspected of being concerned in the Murderous attempt, AND HAS ABSCONDED.

A Reward of Twenty Guineas

Is hereby offered to any Person, who will apprehend the said John Scholefield, and lodge him in any of his Majestys Prisons, and give Information thereof, or give such Private Information as may lead to his apprehension; and Inviolable Secretary will be Observed.

The said John Scholefield is by Trade a Cloth-Dresser, about 21 Years of Age, 5 Feet 10 Inches High, Brown Hair, Dark Complexion, rather stout made: commonly wears a Dark coloured Coat, made rather short, and Lead coloured Jean Pantaloons.

The above Rewards will be paid upon such Information, Apprehension, and Conviction as above mentioned by
