A bronze halfpenny coin which has been polished on both sides in order to produce a love token; on one side is engraved the cypher WS within the date 27th July 1802 (which was a Tuesday); on the other side is . . . . .; the quality of engraving of the central monogram/cypher appears to be of a much higher standard than the surrounding date, and - especially - two vases of flowers.
